Built for post-200hr teachers

You finished your 200hr. Now what?

If your training taught you the poses but left you guessing what to say, how to sequence, and which bodies need what, you’re not alone. Going Pro Yoga Academy has the toolkit that fills the gap.

If any of this is you

Four things may have been missing from your 200hr.

The pain

Your cues feel vague, and you can tell.

You've been repeating cues, but you may not fully understand them. Students may follow along but it might be overwhelming or confusing to them. You'd cue more confidently if you fully understood the mechanics of why.

What you get

Priority cues: P1, P2, P3.

Every pose in SmartCue has a 3-tier cue hierarchy. Lead with Foundation. Layer in Stability. Refine when ready. You always know what to say and why you're saying it. Your words become more intentional and specific.

The pain

Sequencing feels improvised.

You can list poses but struggle to build classes that feel cohesive and progressive. The flow lands somewhere between random and rehearsed. Often uncertain if it's safe, or even if it makes sense.

What you get

Sequencing Framework + Level 1–3.

A working framework for class design. Pose entries map to levels and prep poses, so you can build classes that serve beginners and seasoned practitioners in the same room. Even easier, you can “steal” the sequences directly to teach as your own.

The pain

You don't know which bodies need what.

Real-world bodies don't match the same bodies you saw in your training. A very tight hip, a sensitive low back, a fragile knee; you weren't taught the injury prevention methods, so you're uncertain of what to do and how to modify.

What you get

Anatomy + injury prevention, built in.

Each pose explains the joints, muscle actions, and fascial lines involved. Built by a physiotherapist so you teach safely knowing that you've learned the common areas of injury and how to support them.

Continuing education feels like a maze.

200hr cert in hand. Now what? Another training? You don't need it. You need integration. Practicing and refining what you've learned already with the right structure and support to continue crafting those skills.

What you get

YACEP + 300hr-credit programs.

Anatomy & Injury Prevention, Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the sequencing structure, all stacked into a single membership. Several programs can count toward your 300hr through our sister school, The School of Power and Peace.
